In a word, music is a powerful thing that reaches far into the soul. It gives pleasure that is both external and internal. Music has the power to excite and to calm. Music can bring a tear or induce laughter. It can create a thought or recall a memory. Music is that spice that makes life flavorable. Music is that finely tuned thread that connects our soul to that of God’s. God is the creator of music. We are the instruments.
